Porting the LIM. Got some ?'*
So I have white smoke coming from inside the engine. I was told is the LIM gasket. So if Im going to be removing it, I guess it the time to port it.
Now, how do I go about it? Do I just smoth the surface or am I increasing the diameter of the holes? Can some one that has done it before give me some pointers. Ive done this to my TPI engine, but I had altered gaskets that I used for size. In this one I have no idea how big to go.

to match the lim ports with the heads you will take off enough material to get to .900x1.900 in. i used a dremel carbide cutter for the bulk of the cutting. i started using the small drum sander for the last portion to give it a nice smooth finish. i would give ur self @least 20 thou room for the sanding.

Slightly SMALLER than the head opening is a little better.
Here'* one:

Everyone else that'* done one, post your links.
It'll cost you a dremel tool, a few bits, and some gaskets.
