BTW..let'* pretend we have two cars with the same symptoms.

Boosts is toggling great. Trying another MAF after cleaning, removing the adjustable FPR and found an evap line to the purge valve mixed with the other line to the purge. Matt...check for the evap line.

Okay, the MAF was sooted up really well, its clean now.
I changed my 02 sensor, thats good now.
I didnt scan my LT trims yet, ill let that relearn a bit as im tesing with my 3.2 for a while here...
I pull 0KR until im really pulling in 3rd gear, around 10.5-11 psi of boost.
Im getting around 16 degrees of advance at WOT..not bad.
On the highway say at 60 with the cruise set, when the car starts to ascend, ofcourse, it boosts a bit, it will hit 5 degrees of KR, but id did that last week with the 3.4 as well..wierd...
Havent tested for vac leaks yet, will do tomorrow.
HOWEVER my spark plug wires arc pretty good.....I need to fix that too..that will cause issues all on its own!

Go back to the 3.4" pulley. Regardless of weather, your mods don't support a 3.2" pulley.

Let'* troubleshoot the problem without swapping pulley'* around. Fix first, mod later.

New update.
Found a problem last night
My plug wires arc with each other alot....
SO I have a solution, my service manager at work said, what works well is
Take Vacuum line that is the size of the wire, maybe a bit larger, slit the line down the middle pop it over the wire, run a piece of tape over the slit, then if i want it to look good, toss some loom over that..

Are you serious!? Those wires are bad why would you keep them on the car. What does it cost you to go to the auto parts and return them. Don't they have a lifetime warranty?
