Will be installing er rockers as a part of my mods along with an intense PCM. What exhaust mod is needed to support the er rockers?

Get some ported exhaust manifolds for starters (highly doubt he really NEEDS the headers at this point and they're a LOT more money). You might want to consider a Magniflow high-flow cat too.
If you're currently stock, you really should think about upgrading your intake too.

Is it a big job to get the EM off? Who sells PEM'*? Planning on doing the LIM gaskets and possible ported LIM. I guess this would be the time to tackle the EM?

Just to throw it out there...If you're already planning to the the (I hope aluminum framed) LIM gaskets, you should consider getting an APN upper intake kit and prevent the eventual upper intake failure.
Ported EXHAUST Manifold = PEM. Both front and rear.
Be VERY careful if you're thinking about porting the Lower INTAKE Manifold as done by some members recently on the forum.

Good point, Dillers. No modifications should be made to an L36 until:
1. The upper intake manifold is replaced with a Dillon, APN, or Dorman replacement including a reduced-diameter stovepipe.
2. LIM gaskets replaced with aluminum framed design from INTENSE, ZZP, or GM.
3. Fully flushing the DEX from the engine, and replacing it with Dex compatible prestone long-life.
Failure to follow the above advice will eventually result in your car failing you at a very important time, or costing you your entire engine.
