Default $1000 to spend on GTP what should I buy.

We have not had one of these in a while. Wanted to see what everyones reactions would be. Feel free to use the 1000 on GP GT, or GTP. As well as Bonneville SE or SSEI. Let me know.

I am thinking:

3.25" Pulley $60
Muffler $80
Hi-flo Cat $80
Custom exhaust tubing $150
Intake $100
Shift kit $130
Rockers $400
--------------------------------------
Everything $1000

With all of this, a GTP should be in the high 13'*, while an SSEI (Series 2), should be well into the 14'*.

You will need a better SC belt and better plugs as well.

No piping, but colder plugs to reduce the Kr, and belt/tensioner for slipping.

Rockers $400!?!?! You not putting them in?

I would stay with a 3.4 on this setup. With no headers or DHP your going to see some knock.
