#105 have more seat pressure then LS6 but the ramp rate on LS6 is highter then #105'*. You're right about heads so really your only choice was #105 or stockers.
Also did you use LS1 retainers?
I'm just saying that with the deflection in a modified rocker you prolly would of been safe with new stock springs and higher shift points. Also because of that deflection modified rockers don't like higher rate springs.
I'm not worried about the engine (pre say) more about you driving around on a timing chain/dampner that have 139K with higher rate springs. The tranny is a different story.
