BillBoost37,
- the folks at bamaclubgp thought i should've gotten more than i did out of the rockers.

- i have my MAF screen out, and at idle the computer is throwing a lean-idle code and my fuel trims are locked out at 16.4, what ever that means. however, once i actually start moving the scanner indicates that everything is behaving as it should. i think this code is from terbulent air giong into the TB and not being straightened back out by the screen. the screen does not act as a filter but sort of an air flow stabilizer.

- the other code is from a bank one o2(front). it'* probably just old but it doesn't really bother me because, it still runs strong as hell. thats why i might leave it alone and run race gas w/ an even smaller pulley than i will be using on the street .

Lean bank might be a cause as well. I have seen this code, swapped the O2 after seeing it be a little lazy and didn't fix the lean code.

You may want to check your fuel pressure.

139k? Did you happen to change your timing chain and tentioner? Please tell me you at least did the tentioner?

Be warned that the 4t60 does not like higher rpm shifting especially with more power. I've read that the pump'* efficiency begins to drop off after 5500. And the pump only has 9 vanes compared to the 4t65'* 11.

The is the problem with going with stiffer springs - it causes more tention on your timing chain and wears out the stock tentioner quicker. Since you already have quite a few miles on your car it would of been a good 'preventive matiance' thing to do.

To get to your timing chain it involves taking off the front cover and everything infront of the front cover.

O by the way... What type of rockers did you get? reworked? INTENSE? Yella Terra? ZZP? Comp Cam?

It'* prolly too late but more then likely you would have been fine with new stock springs.

I realize it'* only 100 more rpm but I know in the past, 6k shifts were said to be the max with new springs. Just putting it out there.
