Default 17" Low Profile Nitto Tires

Ok when i bought my enkeis today..i got some low profile nittos. I put them on the ground next to my wheels that are on now..and they were like 2 inches shorter in height. The guy said that it will toss my spedometer a bit..but it will also lower my car because of the height change *which makes me happy , lol. Anyone know how to change the configuration or wahtever so the car knows the height change?? I'm sure you guys can help.
