pulley puller?
hi there,
my pulley is arrived, finaly, but im wondering something.
I get the pulley at the same place i get my honda modded, but he never installed a new pulley on an L67. And he dont have the Eaton supercharger pulley puller.
but hes a good mechanic.
my question is, do you think the risk is too big to break the pulley with a normal pulley puller?
should i go to the dealer? or try with my mechanics? any advice appreciated .
thanks

You WILL trash the OE one with it. The pulley puller disperses the weight over most of the pulley rim, so it doesn't bend it.
Just find a GP guy in your area with one. Check the local GP boards they'll do it for a beer or two i'm sure.

Oh man... now I need to find a local w/the right puller if I ever decided to pulley the 97. Geez, this is good. That means I won't be as quick to order a new one.
