Default Gapping my plugs?

I just bought some autolite 605'*, which are one heat range colder than stock. Based on my mods (at the bottom, but soon to have front ported exhaust manifold) what should I gap them at? I am installing them tommorow morning.

Intense recommends those to be at .055

.056 to .058 for your pulley and mods.
