Cheap. Do it yourself. Where exactly (at what point) do you want it? That'll determine the work involved.

What purpose?

Do you want to to mount it on top or bottom, on top your going to have to pull the manifold and fab in a new bung for the egt. Underneath there may be access for a drill?
It will cost about $200 if they have to pull the manifold, maybe as low as $50 if you tuck it in ahead of the cat?

Might be able to come in from one side or the other, in the downpipe. I think you could get a drill in there if you pulled the strut brace.

Why do you need a Pyrometer? Exhaust temp is useless unless you're NASCAR at this point or a professional drag racer.

A pyrometer measures exhaust temperature and is only needed unless you have an extreme change in temp over short periods of time and need to monitor it in case of suspected damaged. No one here uses one...no one needs one.

I'd have to agree with the N20 man. There'* no reason you can't tap into the wires with a normal A/F gauge.
