But do realize how crappy the series 2 front mani is compared to the series 1. The series 1 front can be welded on the outside and opened up.

I don't know why we have a S1 owner musing over this. That'* basically what we already have from the factory, but I think ours is preferable by the more extreme angle our outlets meet the collector.
I'd like to see ZZP'* idea enhanced to a more extreme angle as the 1,3, and 5 meet the collector, rather than almost perpendicular to the collector itself.

Yes, Your Series One set up is amazing really, for stock, you cant ask for much better.
When i had mine apart, i was actually really impressed about how even they were front to back, unlike the stock S2 Manis...
You S1'* have alot of advantages as well, just need to impliment them fully
So..whats the jury decision on these..?
I would love to get mine breathing better eventually...but Im VERY picky as to what I buy, and how its going to work and effect all around performance.

So the front EM is really restrictive and the rear is pretty good so if someone wanted to replace the front EM with a PEM namely that one that Travis posted (I think that'* his name) that will net me some HP or should this someone replace BOTH EM with PEMs?

You defintely could just do the front but it'* just one of those 'while I'm in there I might as well' kind of things.
I'd hold out and see how others react to it once they install it. It is still a new product so maybe kinks need to be worked out.
