i FINALLY shipped off my mani'* to gtpowderworks/hulkspeed today.. two 25lb boxes only cost me $11 each to ship! yay.. anyways, i am getting the aluminum ceramic coated PEM'* with a custom 3" DP along with the high flow cat
i was planning on having this be a father/son project at my dads new shop, but its 2.5 hours away... i talked to him about it today and he is confident i can do it in my garage on ramps over a weekend?
ya'll agree?

The rear is alot more difficult (no comparison) compared to the 92-99. You'll have to come up from underneath with it. I was able to do both of mine from the top.

could we find a place in the cities to do it? Help MOS out moving, then move on to your project. Or, just start out at MOS'*, then move onto Kato.

Get a torch for those DP to cat bolts and you may want to try and rock your motor forward with a come-along to get to the rear better.
But I think I defintiely could get done in a weekend.

I don't think rocking it forward would help. The angle of the 00 and having been under toasty'* .. You'll need to so something DP/Cat to get a good run at the exhaust mani...since you are replacing all .. should be good to go.
My suggestion is to head over to the parts store (Napa had mine) and get an Exhaust Pipe Cutter It'* well worth its cost when you cut the pipe in under a minute. You can take the old out in a couple chunks..get at everything easy and be done.
