If you can't afford a dremel tool and new bearings for the SC, don't. Just put it back.

If you can afford that, just smooth and clean up the outlet and inlet (NOT INSIDE WHERE THE ROTORS ARE). Port sizes should be SLIGHTLY less than .9 by 1.9 inches on the LIM to match the cylinder heads.

If you've never done anything like this, think twice. It takes me about 2 hours to do an L67 LIM alone, and that'* after well over a dozen. I spend about twice that time on the supercharger, and that'* with air tools that work a bit quicker than a dremel.

What hole and what are you porting on the TB? I don't 'port' throttle bodies. I shave the throttle shaft to reduce cross-section at WOT. You need a mill to do that.

Please edit your previous post if nobody has replied, rather than replying to yourself over and over. It keeps the topic easier to follow and a bit cleaner.

There are plenty of pics posted of ported parts here, a good half-dozen in the past week by me, but there is no how-to or step by step posted. It'* one of those things you know and/or have done, or don't. It'* not something I suggest on your daily driver unless you know what you're doing already.

If you screw up, you can make it worse.
