Changes to the shift kit write up
I've made a few changes and additions to the shift kit write up to help make it easier to follow. Due to several people asking me how to make a shift kit I decided to add that as well. This should be very easy to follow, I've had no complaints about the write up, I just wanted to add some more information for reference. If something seems hard to understand, just say something and I will make it clearer.

Toddster did something to his. I think it was something like a vacuum controlled shift modulator or something like that. I seem to remember it was real easy to do.
