Would it be bad if I can't do the whole exhaust system? or should I just stock pile the parts and get it done when I have everything?

well its only going to flow as your system allows it..

Headers will not give you their all until you complete the System.

You won't hurt anything by adding it one at a time.

^ What he said. However, the downpipe will be 3", so at minimum, you'll want a 3" catalytic converter, resonator, and Y pipe into the rest of the exhaust. Otherwise, you'll have to get an adapter to go from the downpipe to the smaller stock exhaust pipe.

i got the series 80 flowmaster, and it was awesome. and yes its same as the camaro muffler.
