Default knock retard woo'*:(

i was hoping that after my pcm and powerlog combo i would hvae 0 k/r but on a cold day can see as much as 3.5 degrees at 4500rpms and or about 8psi of boost

could this be a fuel pressure problem?

the car has 60k i dont know if the fuel filter has been changed or not

Change your filter for sure, then check the fuel pressure, make sure its atleast at the minimum specs at all ranges, low pressure will cause KR at the top end.

Yup, it will do that for sure..this is assuming your exhaust is flowing well enough...?
02 Sensor good?
These are all factors..any part of the car that meters air flow or exhaust is crucial when modding.
Hopefully its something simple...FPR maybe? All things to check when you do your inital fuel pressure test.

Excellent. Fueling was a big problem on my 1993 SSEi, it was way below spec, it sufferd at high end 3800rpms + in second gear when the engine was under load and needed to run that much more rich...At WOT the computer bypasses alot of its sensors and goes into full rich mode..sometimes not rich enough :?

It could be part of the problem. If you're running lean on 3 cylinders, you might be knocking. Adding more fuel will combat KR, so having the fueling addressed might fix your issue. See what you can do about getting that fixed.

KR this time of year for you will be devastating in warmer weather. You need to do it all. Skew, check fuel pressure, check your plugs, etc.
