Do don't want the smaller pully right now if you are trying to reduce KR; the added boost will most likly cause more. The Power log is a bolt in replacement for your front manifold which is extremly restrictive on the S2 L67. While the pems are stock manifolds which have been ported on the inside to allow the air to flow much better. I reccomend a full tune up before anything else is added. Then maybe pems and a dp with the 180 tstat. Also deleting your resonator will not help exhaust flow, the resonator is there to cancle out certain tones in the exhaust and make it sound better. If you elminate the resonator your exhaust tone will become very loud and raspy most do not like the sound without the resonator.

Please put the year and model of your car, as well as major mods, in your sig. It makes it much easier to give advice. If I remember right from your other threads...it'* a 1998 SSEi?...and already has a 3.4" pulley on it?
I completely agree with McGrath about the tune-up...if one hasn't been done already. As far as mods go...as long as you can keep your IAT low with that CAI you shouldn't have any problems with KR with the 3.4" pulley (I assume 2kr is 2 knock counts). Throw on some 1.9/1.8 rockers or a cam and you could definitely run a 3.2" pulley (you can probably run one with those mods and the cold weather coming up). Just be sure to constantly scan the car for KR to avoid damaging the motor.
Good luck on your quest for 13'*...it'* a good feeling.

First thing other than a tune-up. Where are you seeing KR at? Before you even go out and spend money thats a need to know.
And what octane do you run in it?
How much timing?
Whats your plug gap?
The PLOG itself will help next to nothing, unless he has a tuner or access to one..
Figure out the KR problem THEN mod.
In this order.
PCM
exhaust
valvetrain

I see kr at 2-3 shift.
Thats why I ask . I figured it was at the shift, it is most likely false KR. There are a few ways to combat this:
1-shift kit
2-custom PCM
3-Intnese dyno mat kit
4-check KR sensors for bare wires, the back one is the main one worry about in this case

Just some feedback about the pems and d/p btw for anyone who is wondering it makes a world of difference specially at the upper speeds/rpms those where my last 2 things installed.
