It'* an electric solonoid valve. It runs in a default state of 'struts' but when you turn the inflator on, it switches over to 'inflator'. You have to prevent it from doing so for the ELC trick.
My valve is behind my right rear passenger seat near the base of the right rear strut tower in the trunk. I pull the carpet back and pull the connector off. Then turn on the inflator, and after the car is at it'* height, I pull fuse 12 (on the 93, that is, not sure which fuse on the 95). Pulling this fuse prevents the system from venting back down to the proper ride height.
If your ELC struts leak even slightly, you may have to 'refresh' the system a couple times at the track.

Interesting, then in theory one could do this all electronically from the front seat with some relays and things installed to override the various items that need to be disconnected.
Can you imagine being at a light and raising the back of your car. Lol...Ricers would trade in their wings for that.
