i have just gotten a tranny built for my 94 sc ,the tranny shop upgraded the torque converter to 2400 from 1800, would this possibly effect how the car runs ??throwing fuel parameters off ??

Fuel parameters? No. Shift strategies...yes. TCC strategies? MOST DEFINATELY.
There is no "reflash" per se available for you. You will need to "chip" your PCM...a chip with the values that are compatible to your conveter.
Why did you change stall speeds on an otherwise stock car??

I'm a little curious about that stall selection as well, particularly with gas prices being what they are, and the lack of supporting mods. Why did they do that? :?
That'* hurting you more than helping, even after the PCM changes.

they gave me the impression that it should not affect how the car normally runs ,up here in ontario canada they have certain gm dealerships that can reflash your ecm apparenty , i havent tried it yet , but i plan on looking into it shortly, i can't find a cheep scanner for my 94 very frusterating,i plan on rebuilding my engine next winter with more mods in mind.

Dealers cannot flash your pcm. That'* only true for 96 and newer. You will need to contact GMtuners (sinister performance) or PM Darth Fiero here.
Your trans shop is dead wrong. It will negatively affect everyday driveability.
You need an Actron CP9110 scantool (watch ebay) with an Actron CP9115 cable (hard to find, so PM slug, a member here, for a custom cable. He makes them).
What'* wrong with your engine that dictates a rebuild?

my 94 sc has 230k on it and uses half a liter of oil every 4000km i think it will be time soon to rebuild
