The cylinder on the compression stroke requires more power to fire the plug, the opposing cylinder requires a lot less power to fire the plug, hence sending more of the power to the plug on the compression stroke...

Dumb question, it'* a 4 stroke motor, so it takes two revolutions to doa full cycle, why is the spark plug firing every rev? Because of the matching cylinder on the ignition coil?
i'm more of an hp man myself... love my RPN...
