I know that Will has the magnaflow muffler, what is the part number? How did you set it up? Stock tips? Any pics? When I was looking at the Camaro/Firebird mufflers it showed that you would have the one inlet on one side, and the two outlets on the same side, opposite. Wouldn't this be constrictive to make a pipe go all the way around to the other side of the car? If you had any advice I would appreciate it.

I dont think it would be that bad but I have a similar muffler and how I want them to install it is have both pipes on the same side so it looks more stock and flows better.

Yes it would, you would have to take it to a body shop to get it filled in to make it look blended it but I guess you could just go with the long pipe thing which shouldnt hurt performance at all but it may not sound at its full potential. But I wouldnt know I dont even have my stuff installed yet

Believe it or not no. Open a muffler up some time and you'll see all sorts of baffles in there. These actually help the exhaust gases flow out more evenly.

I have a Magnaflow Cat, Resonator, and Muffler. Standard F-body muffler with an inlet and outlet on one end, and an outlet on the other, mounted transverse just like the stocker. It'* called a crossflow muffler.

I strongly suggest using a resonator with a 3" ID (to prevent restriction) with this setup on a 92 or 93. I had a resonator installed during WCBF '04, and I'm glad I did. Turning heads every day is cool for awhile, but becomes annoying. It'll still growl good if I romp it.

92 and 93 did not get a factory installed resonator like later years.

Magnaflow also sells a really neat unit that takes less space than a traditional cat/resonator. It'* a combination unit with both devices in one. It'* a savings in money and space in the intermediate pipe, and would be cheaper to install.
