Default Bottom Line time for exhaust.

Ok, i have done my stereo and am happy with it, should be getting my air filter for CAI in the mail soon. So, next on my list is exhaust. I know that pretty much any muffler will give me some performance gain, so i guess its more of a sound issue now. I would be getting either a Flowmaster 80 series, magnaflow f-body, dynomax f-body, or a borla f-body.

Now, if any of you have some sound clips of your exhaust on a supercharged bonnie, please post it here so i can take a listen to it and decide what i like best. I would appreciate it, thanks.

P.*. I already listened to the ones in the exhaust sticky and couldn't decide on them.

Although that was a really nice site, those don't really apply to me. Those are all on Grand Prix'*, so they are using an entirely different setup. They use two mufflers, so that didn't really help all that much. Sorry.

Take a look at Jim'* LN3 with the magnaflow. After hearing that, I KNOW I am getting a magnaflow.

The red SSE (94) was mine. Dynomax Camaro V6 muffler with one 2 1/2" in and two 2 1/2" outs, custom made cat back exhaust at 2.5" the entire length, no resonator, and Dynomax CAT.

Mine has changed pretty drastically. I've added a resonator. I'm Magnaflow all the way out now. Still sounds great at idle, took the rasp out, mellowed it completely, but it still roars when I launch. Doesn't draw as much attention around town (everyone used to turn and stare), but still enough.

Magnaflow cat, resonator, and muffler. I'll have to get some more sound clips posted.
