1989 3.8 le sabre(prts car
i was wondering if the cars motor parts will work on mine cuz yesterday a friend and i took off a tps sensor off my other car ( 89 3.8 le sabre totaled) well when we first put it in and it started find but service light stayed on and it was throwing lots of codes. well with alittle ajusting the light went off and not its runs fine, well i was wondering if its gonna hurt my car?

If the engine is a 3800 the parts should be the same, I cant see how the TPS would hurt it and the reason it was throwing the codes initially was due to the fact of your TPS not being properly calibrated. You may want to search the forum on how to calibrate it properly.
