Default Series I performance parts - **Updated Page 1**

Welp I guess I can't keep sitting on this forever. I got a new job as a Webmaster for a fairly large company..funny thing is I don't know how to build a webpage so I figured I'd try it out. I looked at my favorites and realized I could build one to house all the parts and things I've found for the Bonneville and other 3800 powered. So it started as a dinky little thing for practice. Then I kept adding to it, changing it, revising it, and before I knew it I had:

www.SeriesOnePerformance.com

...yeah...Some of the things there you'll be able to find cheaper elsewhere, and I encourage you to do that. Some of the parts are well known, some are less known. I didn't do this as a second job or feeble attempt at early retirement, I really wanted to have a 'catch all' website for people with Series I'*. On the other end, some things on there you may find are rather cheap. A keen eye will catch the price raise on the cams and rockers. This was because if you recall the prices were only for a group buy, these prices better represent single buy costs. Except for the rockers, which on single buys are actually more than I have on the webpage. I'll revise that when I know better but I'm not going to overprice it on a guess.

I really want to thank those of you who have been with me since I started this adventure. Really, I would have been so lost without help from people on this site. With that I figured if you have about 1000posts you get everything AT COST. You might be surprised to learn its barely less than I've got on the page though. I can't keep that up forever either because eventually everyone that joined today is going to have 1000posts

In anycase, the site is still in the VERY early stages and some links still aren't up. I'm adding them about as fast as I can but finding the best deals possible takes time. I am excited that I've found another company that has agreed to produce supercharger pulleys. Here'* a little teaser pic: Name: pulley.jpg
Views: 282
Size: 11.7 KB

Some of you may have seen similar pulleys, for those who haven't they're supposed to be pretty good. The holes in it are not only to make it lighter but also allow it to stay cool for beter grip. Of course its also been slotted for added grip. I'm sending a pulley off as a template, I'm getting one as a trial and I'm going to put it through its paces. Even figured I'd take a hammer to it a few times just to make sure

Hope you guys like the page. And if you see something thats overpriced or reach a strange error, let me know and I'll fix it!

Oh yeah, and I'm building a "Series One Rides" section to show off some of your pretty animals. If you want your ride on there with a little description just lemme know.

That'll do, Donkey. That'll do.

I could kiss you, but the natives would get restless. Great work! What about the cams for the 89-91? NO MENTION! For shame!

So i have a Holden motor huh...

We need to infiltrate a Holden 3.8 board and start talking!

88-91 cams should be the same as the L27 ones correct?

Sticky Worthy.

Someone has gone for the extra-credit with their homework. Thanks alot Doc. If I can get these heads and manifolds in for a porting I should do the rockers and the cam would make L27'* quite abit more viable for the winners circle at track IDDVI (which I hope to attend with a solid 15 second L27 Bonneville).
Guess I'll have to talk to the E-prom programmer as soon as I find out what I'm gonna be working with ... mild cam, rockers, ported heads, walbro pump (will also need a new fuel tank as I put a 92 tank on the 1994 and now havethe dreaded broken baffle syndrome), CAI or BWI, exhaust (hopefully a 2.5" Magnaflow, hi-flo cat, and TB (where to get a bigger TB for the L27???). Dreams for today, reality for this winter? Me hopes.

Blue....Doc has been doing this for a year. This is only a FRACTION of what he'* got. Eprom programming for the 94/95 is something I'm taking on as a personal crusade....stay tuned. The walbro pump won't do anything for you, though, unless you're cranking out over 300 crank hp, or have a failing pump. There'* a new source for TB'* on the horizon......billet machined performance TB'* More on that coming too.

I have been thinking of picking up a L67 car to take apart. I think it would be fun... and useful!
