Default Cali emissions delete for a non emissions state

I got to looking at the 97 I picked up and thought I would ask here. Is there anything besides the air pump and the cat and egr and evap. I have no emissions here so i am looking to take anything and everything that is not needed off and get it running like the other car here. I will have this be ICed so egr is gone for sure then I will be coating the undercarriage to keep the rust and salt off so while i am under there I can drop the tank and yank that added box that is on top and the charcoal canister and just put a breather cap to let the pressure vent and delete the codes. I also may just stick a plastic tank in so that is one less thing to potentially rust and maybe weigh less then the metal tank and will allow potential for e85 down the road and has a pump that is easier to remove and put back in.

The headers have the EGR welded shut tight and I will just fill the egr location with jbweld and a penny and use the plate i have and jb weld it to the outside just to be safe. The coolant holes in the lim will be tapped and a set screw will be placed in there and will be covered and smoothed with jb weld and the coolant passage has been opened and will allow flow.

Is there anything I am missing for the air pump to be removed. the cat may or may not be deleted but either way it is going to have a WB to tune. there will be alot of other little things that will be done but that is the emission part am I missing anything that is special to the cali setup. I have never had a cali emissions car let alone messed with any of their systems. any insight or help would be great. if there is anything I am overlooking or not.
many will ask about the stock TB that will be replaced with a N* so the whole tb setup will be diff so I wont have to worry about the little things.

Your going to throw a bunch of SES codes. You will need to tune them out.

Uncheck the code you want, then click the pull down and choose no report. Done.
