I'd put money on that unit being a duplicate to the Walbro unit.....if not the identical unit repackaged as a Holley.
The entire kit looks identical. The instructions that came with it were generic. Even the large O-ring didn't fit my car so I reused the orginal square rubber gasket that was still perfect, only adding some petroleum jelly to reduce the rotational friction.

I wonder if the 110 psi is at deadheaded flow or at the full 255 flow rating?
The stock pump limits out at about 65 psi. That'* quite a difference. Walbro does not advertise or specify the pressure or flow rating....hmmmm....strange. :?

The original pump is back in and all buttoned up. The lock ring is a snap now to pound in and out.

It'* off the jack stands and everything is done for now. Had to finish it this year cause the New Year is just a day away. :P

I think I'll fire it up tomorrow after a month in the garage.
My SSEi is hurtin for a squirtin.
Hopefully I don't have fuel and water squirting out everywhere.

.......picked 15 more beer bottles and cans out of the shrubbery today.
You'd almost think Wren was here. ......but no, just 70 drunken teenagers. Lost my garbage can, gutter downspout, repairs to vacuum $50, broken shoe rack $25. Yes Victor is paying for it......in more ways than one. (The T/A has not been driven in a week)

Why is it that you have to finish up the SSEi before the new year? Are you planning to use it on the New Year'* Eve?

Also, you would be a very interesting neighbor. Do the 70 drunken teenagers throw their alcohol containers in the surrounding areas as well?

The only reason for completing this year is because I have the time.
Still too much salt on the road for testing. It will be all gone by mid Feb though so really two more months of garage time.

My neighbours are tired of called the police. The last time the police came they stayed for a beer. It'* a small town.

I am dearly liked by one old geezer for the huge burnouts I do down our back lane. .......and my loud exhausts on all four vehicles.

Most of the bottles, cans, containers, cups and cig butts ended up in my yard. It'* a big yard so they can't reach the neighbours by throwing from the sundeck.

Still haven't taken a hose to the lawn off the sundeck........I can tell what a few of them had for dinner that night.
Thank goodness it wasn't the carpet this time.

This is very good! Have you tried making it uncool to party by having all the grownups do it?

Judging by the shopping list he posted earlier, I think the grown up party is tonight.

Well said. Let'* see if he can outdrink the children!

Are you really just going to have it sit in the garage for the next two months? Do your radiator or transmission need a flush?

I'm too old to party as long as someone who is 30 years younger.
I taught them everything they know but they haven't learned how to drink like me yet. I don't get sick

The Champagne is chillin.
I pick up the Lobsters in a few hours and a few adults are coming over tonight.

I already flushed the coolant when the SC was off.
Yes I will probably do my yearly trani fluid change next month.

A successful start up and idle until warm for 25 minutes.

Gained at least 5 psi fuel pressure. Vac hose off the regulator, it was 70 psi. Vac hose on it was 60 psi. So I readjusted the regulator to knock 5 psi off.
I should have left the manual pressure gauge on for a true compo but I connected the remote fuel pressure sensor to my Aeroforce gauge so now I can read fuel pressure from the drivers seat. :P I don't think they match exactly but are within a couple of psi.

Long term fuel trim did not look good at -12. Blipped the throttle and watched it hit -20.
Should it be 0 or negative :?:
I have my AFC 1.1 set to 95% to compensate for the 42.5# injectors until I can tune with the programmer.
Short term fluctuated around 0
O2 readings were steady at 14.7

Water pump works fine..........but it doesn't come on in ACC position, only Run. :?

It'* funny to listen to the water pump sloshing away with the engine off.
