brainstorm ideas/plans for my Buick century

If you have the funds for a custom turbo and swapping heads etc, you are far better off spending the money on something newer. The money you end up spending on upgrading your existing 91 parts(just to get it running with non-stock parts) will outweigh the price you spent buying a newer platform. And, because there are VERY few people that have done such a project such as the one your planning on doing, I doubt anyone here would be able to help.

None taken.
Its not that everyone necessarily wants a 3800. It'* just upgrades are more readily available, there'* a larger support following and they are tunable.
You mentioned you aren't financially able to get a newer car but then you start talking about new suspension, wheels, custom headers, custom turbo, calipers etc. just trying to give you the best advice possible.
It sounds like your heart set on upgrading what you have so good for you. Please keep the forum updated on how it'* going.
I replied to your other thread with a good website for everything brakes.

Yes i saw that to, i want to put the slotted and drilled rotors cause I do know they are better and keep the brakes cooler, thanks for that one ill have to order me one.
But I just wanted to look at options for a new suspension and all that, i do alot of trading so I do come by some good deals that I dont pay for i just trade stuff. I would like a 3800 but all ive herd was bad stuff about it and the 3800 is just the bored version of the 3300 correct? Ive found some deals on a good set of heads that already have some roller rockers on them and keep the same exhaust manifold.
But dont get me wrong i know its not cheap im just trying to do alittl piece at the time and get stuff to build up to something good. I see no reason to swap a motor that has low miles just throw a few upgrades haha.
But thanks for the advice I do apreciate it, Im always willing to learn new stuff.
