Flywheel.. not to be confused with anything else.
Here'* how far the engine came out, this is your average flexplate or flywheel..call it what you want. At 9 o'clock..there'* a little mark on both flexplate and crank end.

How would one know how to line it up if he'* moving the flywheel from one engine to another?

The marks are the same from engine to engine, but I think yours will be keyed, John.

The bolts only line up "PERFECTLY" one way, and if your gut says you did it wrong..follow the gut and look at it again.

Noo only takes a minute to pull the motor and fix it.

Remember what we/you went through with Brads motor. Heck we tore that down to nothing in the car because something wasn't right. Some hard work in both cases paid off and both cars run great now.

I was tooling around today.
