Another Bonneville gets deep into the 13s
Seems like it'* been a busy weekend for people at the track. I was back a t Napierville Dragway today with a few GTP, one local and 4 from Ottawa. Air temperature was 25* C and humidity was moderate. All runs were with 94 octane pump gas.
My new PB is 13.756 seconds at 101.623 MPH !!!
I backed that up with a 13.774 seconds at 101.265 MPH.
Here'* the timeslips, I'm car # 288;
I had removed the spare tire and trunk carpet, mats in the interier except the driver'*. Tire pressure was 25 lbs in front and 40 lbs in the rear.
I also weighed the car after the third run with about a quarter tank of gas. I weighed in at 3720 lbs with me in the car, I weigh 200 lbs. One of my buddies weighed his 98 GTP at 3708 with him in it, he weighs 150 lbs and he also had a quarter tank of fuel. Very interesting.
My car is running extremely rich at the moment with some KR, here'* link to a scan log;

My mods at the moment are;
Custom CAI, 3.4" DUB, TOG Headers, 3" Carsound Cat, Autolite 104 plugs, Intense PCM.
Cheers,

Foghorn, we're seeing alot of that from the Rockford meet, too. Track conditions and temperature are letting our colors shine. We've never had such a run at the track in these numbers before, with these mods. Serious credibility in the works.....
lilpooky and I were just discussing hitting the track again this fall in better weather, with the extra weight left behind. We want to prove the 'light mod' 14'* for the Series 1 L67. I won't go back to Woodburn without my crewchief, and I'm hoping driverjohn will meet me there.
