A 3.2 pulley? Isnt that a HUGE pulley with those mods-lol.
Get yourself some DSM injectors (450cc/42.5lb) and you should be good to a 2.8!

That list rocks tho-congrats and good luck with the build.

Todd from INTENSE recommended I run a 3.2 for starters. If all the scans check out, I'll def drop to a 3.0". I got the ZZP MPS so I can get crazy with a 2.8 at some point. This car is still a daily driver...well, more like a weekly driver. I only get out of the Naval Academy on weekends, so the car still needs to be reasonably useful on the streets.

What do you y'all think about the Lucas 45lb injectors? I was looking at those earlier.

Thanks for the info! Where are you getting yours from?
I got mine from the dealer because I couldn't find a local store that could get them, but I found out that they are also available through Intense. The harmonic balancer bolt is 15/16" and the cam bolt is 1 1/8" so be prepared to buy sockets as well.

Todd is correct when saying its a good starting point, but the S1x cam (on their website) says it will support a 3.0 puley with NO kr. So I would've went with a least a 3.0 for starters with that mods list.

You can get a good cheap set of 42.5lb injectors from 2nd generation Turbo talon or Eclipse. The first Gen will work (I ran them) but the 2nd gen have a better spray pattern.

And what I mean by cheap is under a $100 for 8 of them, so you will have 2 backups. And I will buy them from if you do go that route

Bonnevilles react a bit differently to mods, and how much KR they see, then GP'* do (at least the 00+ do, not sure if it is heavier weight or TM issues). You may very well be able to run a 2.8 when your done but starting large and moving down while testing is the smart thing to do. You definately need to upgrade injectors before going below a 3.0 pulley.

Be sure you get a CASE learn done after the cam swap. And wait until you put the new PCM in to do it so you don't have to do it twice

Good luck with the build. Hope to see that high on the top 25 list
