Its a single vac tube that would go into your car through the firewall to the vac bleeder. I had the unit on my L36, its only good during normal driving . At WOT there is no vac on N/A 3800s so it doesnt help at WOT.


For the 4t65e you can get a replacement spring shift kit. You drop the pan undo the accuator pull it out, pull out the inner springs , swap with the new ones at your setting(low med high) place spacers on the piston shaft and install. Takes abour 1.5 hours.

BTW: I am unsure of how the trans vac control is on the L67/4t60e setup BUT if it has a vac line coming from the TB then try running boost from your SC to the vac mod. That will increase your shifts better then the B&M shiftplus. Since the trans shifts harder with less vac, running boost will increase your line pressure a tad more.

I am told by some that it is not a worthy swap but you can also buy a custom modulator so you can dial in your own shift firmness on the 4t60-e/4t60.

I heard bad things about the Auto Trans Interceptor module. I will put up some links about this.

As usual I have the modulator that I am talking about and yes it works but compared to the Thrasher shift kit for the 4t65-e its no big deal.

I am going to send one to a friend of mine to use inline with the B&M system and alone.

I now offer a limited slip for the 4t60-e. It is $500.00.
