I don't believe there is. But hey, there'* always the Series I L67 which is a pretty direct swap (and it'* what I'm doing, myself!)

Turbo would definetly have more power. Basically you'll want to pickup L67 injectors if you're running decent boost levels, a boost controller, new fuel maps, blow off valve, turbo timer are good ideas...

btw my other 2 cars use $25 grainger valve MBCs and i have great luck with them (i also use 1g DSM BOVs on both of them). i think i could handle getting a custom crossover pipe made (probably with a T3 flange and use a Garrett .63 A/R turbine T3/T04E compressor...not sure what specs i'd use for the compressor side) but i'm not sure what i'd do about the rear exhaust manifold dump (block it off? maybe use a rear exaust manifold from a 3800 F-body?). making a custom downpipe shouldn't be too hard either, ecspecially with the piping, SS flex bellows and V-band clamps you can get from ATP Turbo. i figure the intercooler plumbing shouldn't be too hard either....it just gets kinda expensive for all of the mandrel bent piping, silicone couples, reducers, and T-bolt clamps involved....not to mention the cost of an FMIC itself.
on the bright side it looks like there is a ton of room to work with on this car for a FMIC and turbo, dowpipe etc...
the main thing that scares me off is what to do about the computer; being OBD2 & MAF controlled and all....
too bad the L27 isn't speed density with OBD-1 ECM & MEMCAL, then i could just get a 2-bar MAP. but i'm sure programing an EEPROM for it would be REAL fun so yeah...probably best to stay with MAF and PCM.
wow, i have alot to learn

I talked to a guy who turbocharged his '90 3800 and he found that the MAF was maxed out relatively early, 170gr/sec. He also found an interesting solution to the exhaust by running it around the front of the engine. You can see the pics and a writeup here:

www.gmtuners.com does memcal reprogramming. I'm using them right now and have nothing but good things to say about them. 40 bucks plus shipping for a reprogrammed memcal. But you will need to supply dyno/scantool data.
And if you want to mess with your air/fuel often theres a mini afc calibrator that manipulates the MAF freq. resulting in new fuel tables. www.zzperformance.com Iit will work for your maf.
