believe it'* counterclockwise for firmer, not sure.
thought it was clockwise for firmer. But put it in before adjusting it, drive it, and see where you want it to go from there.
turn the screw clockwise all the way in.. just don't go too far. This will maximize the firmness of the shifts, however they still aren't that firm.
