I'll get a picture up soon.
But, imagine a typical E-Bay CAI. Then imagine the stock air box, gutted. The E-Bay CAI fits nicely inside the air box. The trick is getting it there.
But anyway, pictures soon.
Nice torque curve, I couldn't find the Series II (and down with the DOHC 3.5L Long live the OHV 3.8L ) Just kidding. The 3.5L gets to job done, just not as well.

I finnaly got around to registering......I own the 17 second bonneville that everyone'* been talking about....my buddy blown buick has pretty much told you everything about the car, my dad bought it new in 1996 and has put mobil 1 synthetic in every 2000-3000 miles. I bought the car from my parents in November of this year because they bought a 2005 chevy colorado z71(that truck is sweet), anyway my car has 117k miles on it and i replaced the stock wheels and hubcaps with 16 inch rims off of a 2001 grand am gt.
I bought a "cold air intake" off of ebay and works well.....just a short ram with cone filter(not a real cold air), and i also have a magnaflow muffler, i recently had a new cat put on, and just yesterday bownbuick changed my trans fluid for me, it shifts sooooooo smooth, thanx again) and we also gutted my stock air box completely and cut out the front and side, also cutting out some of the insolation by the computor for more air flow...big improvement...no kidding! pictures hopefully soon, so far that is all, i hope we can use that sea foam stuff, but i am a little worried about all the smoke, can anyone comment on that?

regarding the sea foam, the only thing i am worried about is that somebody said there was alot of smoke, what do you mean by alot? is it going to look like an oil refinery burning down, or is it going to smoke like i am burning some oil, also how long does it last? I am starting to think that my L36 is a lost cause, isnt there anything besideds a cam or rocker arms that could get me into the 15'*? Probaly a stupid qustion but isnt there anything out there like OBD2 software that you can plug in to boost power?
Maybe i should just get a turbonator.....Jk!

When you get your intake, you may watn to try and put it in your gutter airbox like this:
wow relentless.
There are a ton of engines out there that don't get the recognition they should.

Oh i agree, its just that my car in general doesnt even get recognized by any vendors or anything, not even by the freaking company that made it!!
The stuff I ordered from GMPP, didnt say a dang thing about fitting the 98-02 Intrigue, and it fits perfectly! Does GM not know this? They made the freakin car they know that all the stuff that fits the GP, etc, will fit it too, so why not advertise it? Its like they want to deny its existence...its just kinda upsetting sometimes...same thing will all the vendors...even on the W-body store you will be hard pressed to find something that says it fits an Intrigue, is it not a W-body? when you ***** it does it not bleed?!
Nice torque curve, I couldn't find the Series II (and down with the DOHC 3.5L Mad Long live the OHV 3.8L Very Happy ) Just kidding. The 3.5L gets to job done, just not as well.

Its not gonna take long to catch up..and then....i think we know what happens

And Will, it'* impossable to see the filter because it'* in the air box. You just have to trust it'* in there, dead center. It was a PITA to get inthere, and it'* staying there.
As for the time lip, I'll see what I can do.
