Has anyone ever looked at this? It looks like nice cheap insurance for your */C engine to keep temps and KR down.

I read the article on that page as well where research was done, and it looks pretty effective. It'* only 50 bucks.

Does this look like it would be worthwhile? I trust ZZP'* words, I just wanted to hear some opinions on it.

I was going to get one until I started doing research and found quite abit of consumers were getting hydro-locked L67'*. Not something I'd spend $50 dollars on, although if it doesn't cause you L67 to H.L. I'd say go, but personally not my flavor.

Put one on my 99 GTP. Not a bad mod, relatively easy to do and gives you the chance to clean your TB @ the same time. Did I notice any improvement? Not really all that noticeable, except maybe midrange? But overall it didn't do that much performance wise. Although I have heard alot of people recommend it if it'* combined with a CAI. But I could be wrong, just my experince with it on the GTP.

I don't think it will help performance at all, but it would just keep things cooler, which means less knock when adding new mods.

Less knock = more performance

I wouldn't do that personally. I'd rather do the coolant plug or whatever.

Yes Sol I will be getting one as it will help with kr. But as a stand alone mod it does not do much.
Also if you were someday going to add NOS then theres the perfect spot to add a jet

I was going to use it in conjunction with a CAI and pulley.

Sounds good, how small you going? 3.4 min without headers or 1.9 rockers

I'm starting out with 3.4 and Autolite 104s. Then I will work on the exhaust. Ported manifolds and u-bend removal. Rockers/pushrods/springs come last cause it'* really expensive. I figure I'll want all the cooling i can get, and this might help.
