Any ideas on what to do to keep your butterflies from sticking after a cold night in the low 20'* and teens temperatures? Tried cleaning them with carb cleaner. Should I clean them again or is this a common problem? Appreciate any input that is given.

As your engine cools down when you shut it down for the night the metal parts will collect some condensation. When it gets cold enough that condensation will freeze and cause your butterflies to stick. You can try pre-heating before you start the engine, or spray something in there to displace the water, like a graphite lubricant.
If your butterflies continue to stick even after the engine warms up, condensation is not the issue and you should do what Justin suggested.
