Remove the bolts
Using a pry bar, gently pry in the center area of the headlamp assembly. Pry the headlamp assembly straight forward in order to unsnap the headlamp ball stud from the ball stud socket.
Slide the headlamp straight forward and disconnect the headlamp electrical connectors from the forward lamp wiring harness.
Remove the headlamp from the vehicle.

yea, those ball sockets are a PITA!!!

Every car I messed with had deer damage and they were all broke lol! So I usually just put newer entire complete assemblies in with the light housings in them already. But that was on fords mostly. Different ball game. All you guys help is really appreciated!!!!!!

Ok guys, the filter is to darn big to fit threw the fender hole and mount up as a cold air, so the warm air will have to do for now.. Here'* a few pics. Now my biggest concern is the computer box! Does it have to be sealded up? I mounted it with 3 brackets I just rigged up as my shop heat went out. It sucked lol. So let me know what you think.Does anybody have a extra k&n they wanna get rid of or sell?

The PCM should be fine there, I have mine mounted in the same place pretty much the same way. The plug on the PCM is sealed, so as long as the seal is still good and you don't go romping through large puddles and whatnot you won't have any problems.

I recommend building a cold box like what Dan posted above if you plan on keeping the intake you have on there.

Well my problem is that the steel flange on the biggest side of the filter won't let me mount it in the fender well. I want to mount it that way, but obviously the filter won't fit, so i'm searching for a k&n filter. If anybody has a extra I call dibs lol.

If you take the plastic panel out of your wheel well, you might be able to fit the filter in through the wheel well, then just stick the tubing through.

Yea I did that. I pulled the tire and plastic off, I got the filter up there, but I can't get it to nest against where the hole is for the pipe to come threw. I didn't get the whole cold air kit, just the warm air kit. I got a cold air kit piece from another car and to get it to work, the filter has to be able to get within 1/2 inch of the hole. The base is too big to nest up. So thats where I'm stuck at right now. But it sure sounds great! I can actually hear it sucking under load and when you stomp on it. Will it be louder under the hood or in the fender area?
