1. can i re-use the rocker arm bolts? if looks like i cant according to the information in curts thread in P&B, however INTENSE never says anything about not re-using them, and they say to cover them in motor oil
2. how do i know if the rockers are seated correctly... do they sit at a small angle when they are torqued? i have the plates and pedistals in correctly, but i should not have to visually adjust them to position them right.. correct?

You should use locktite on the threads and oil the heads.
2. They should seat themselves and sit squarely on the end of the valve stem.

The bolts I see in his pics don't look like HS or INTENSE bolts. They look OEM. Did they come with the HS rockers when you bought them used?
Best practice:
Use an inspection mirror and flashlight just before final torquing to make sure the tip roller of the rocker arm is centered on the valve. That'll be your best indication of any misalignments.

...you should of seen me ontop of my engine looking and inspecting EACH rear rocker as Kyle turned it over...
Yella Terras guides are really nice, once the rockers are tourqued down, its seated in its spot and sits evenly on the valve stem.
Those look sharp!

Yeah, best advice I can give is to take a really bright flashlight and individually check each pedestal and stand. If you look in the groove on the stand when they're installed, you can see if the pedestals are lined up correctly or not. Don't be aftraid to check them two or three times, cause it'* frustrating doing it multiple times.
And I'd go with re-usable bolts, just better to have new in, and they can't be that expensive.

as long as the pedestals are sitting correctly in the stands, and the rocker tips are sitting correctly on the valves, and the pushrods are aligned in the rocker tips... it should torque down correctly?
shad, can i ask how you did yours wrong so i dont do it
