Default Computer Chip?

I called superchip, jet chip, fast chip, hypertech, etc. and no one has a PROM chip for my '94 SSE. Not even a custom.

Does anyone know of where I can get a chip for my car?

94/95 is the hardest. Your computer is OBD 1, with an OBD 2 connector, and some OBD features. There are a few superchips on this boards for a 94 N/A. They didn't do crap.

A member just picked up allt he equipment to write EPROMS and such, so wait and see.

Another option is customizing a Greddy E-manage system. It'll get you everything but removing your speed limiter. You can set different A/F curves for weather/altitude, run injectors up to 150% duty cycle, control timing, etc. Can be had on Ebay, piecing together and such for about $500. It hooks up to a laptop, and you can do a lot with modded engines with it.

What exactly are you looking for out of a chip? Limiter removed, firmer shifting? Straight power?

Default shifting & timing

I'm trying to increase shifting and advance timing. I want more horsepower. Top speed limiter is not to important to me.

the greddy is no small feat. It'* a piggy back system, and since there'* no bonneville specific one, you'll have to hook it up to all the wiring on your own.

Evo guys are big into them.
