93 G20 started leaking water pretty steadily. Have determined it to be a head gasket?
The area exuding water while the engine is running (looking from the front of the motor) is to the left of the temp sensor which is just left of the top radiator hose/themostat connection and directly behind the tensioner assembly.

As a brand new guy on the forum, I will search other threads but just wanted to touch base in case anyone has any opinions on whether a weekend 'mechanic' can handle this job. No problem taking everything apart - just to get everything back together might be taxing. Thanks.

i think the most trouble you might have is to get the exhaust manifold bolts off. They will probably be seized so I suggest soaking them in lots of WD-40 priorto taking it apart...

I would estimate a good 5-8 hours for disassembly depending on your level of expertise...

Don't forget to resurface the head!!!
