Default I've got issues!

93 G20 started leaking water pretty steadily. Have determined it to be a head gasket?
The area exuding water while running (looking from the front of the motor) is to the left of the temp sensor which is just left of the top radiator hose/themostat connection - directly behind the tensioner assembly.

As a brand new guy on the forum, I will search other threads but just wanted to touch base in case anyone has any opinions on whether a weekend 'mechanic' can handle this job. No problem taking everything apart - just to get everything back together might be taxing. Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum. You'd probably get a better answer for that question in the general tech area. It's good to keep stuff organized.
