2007 Pontiac G6 with cloth seats. I would like to replace these seats with leather seats out of a 2008 G6. The new seats are heated and have side airbags. Are they compatable and will it affect my ECU?

no, they will not affect your ECU as the cloth seats do not have side airbags... important to note, side airbags will not be operational... You might want to think about installing a variable fused switch to operate the heated seats tho as they are comfy in the winter...
