The manual I'm reading has that one labeled Climate Control System, Air Conditioning. Jeezz.. this car'* got HVAC fuses all over the place.

So do anyone have an ideas about what I should do?

I could only dig up a wiring diagram for a '99 Alero V6. There is what looks like a wire (labeled 2 BLK) from the under hood fuse panel to the #2 RH cooling fan with a 15A fuse (in the fuse panel). The #1 cooling fan has a 30A fuse.

Maybe your 2002 is wired the same and the wire is supposed to be there. If so, your 10A fuse may need to be a 15A fuse.. MAYBE! Don't want to start any fires here. Dangerous stuff without the proper diagram.

I'm confused.....are you talking about an external wire that was installed to that fuse? If yes, remove it, and see if the fuse still blows......then find out where that wire goes....

I have tried raising the fuse to 15A and when I tried it, it caused on of my maxi fuses to blow. But to clear up any confusion here is a picture of my fuse box under the under. Before this motor was installed, there was no wire running from the main fan to that fuse. When this motor was installed, there was the wire. The reason why the fuse is blowing is because there is too much power going to that one fuse. I just want to know where I can move the wire so that it won't stop its operation and the operation of the fuse.

For some reason, someone ran a wire to the fan circuit....do both fans have their regular harness connectors attached to them?

Does this mean your fans, there are two, run constantly when the car is turned on? Or does only one fan run?

Your fans use a 3 relay set up, to control low and high speed.....are the three relays in the underhood fuse block?

Which fan has the wire hooked to it, the driver'* or passenger side?

Obviously, whoever installed the motor was a member of the Mickey Mouse Club.....

Yes they do. Only one fan runs constantly while the car is on. The fan that has this wire is the driver side. There are three mini-relays that I see are labeled COOL FAN #1, COOL FAN #2, COOL FAN MODE, is that it? And I don't know why the picture isn't showing up

Yes those are the relays......when coolant fan #1 is energized, the two fans are in series, meaning, both run at low speed(they split the 12 volts between them )......for high speed, the mode relay is also energized, and also the fan #2 relay.....the mode relay changes the fans to two separate circuits......the Fan #2 relay provide separate power for the #2 fan.......thus each fan gets 12 volts, creating high speed for both....

Do you even know if the fans work? I believe they both come on low speed around 218F......

Can disconnect the wire and check it out.....is that wire attached to a Lt Blue wire or a Grey wire?
