Windshield Wiper Regulator?
"windshield wiper regulator"
This is what the mechanic told me I needed to get my passenger side wiper working again and to get it inspected. Can someone help me please with a part number or a direction to find it. I have been going through a lot of trouble trying to get this wiper to work so I can have my car back on the road again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea how to find this part or where to search. :(

Here is the link to a gm parts site. Gm calls it a transmission. 1990 Oldsmobile Delta 88 - MH10002301 Wiper System/Windshield It show it for $88.82
