Collapsed or broken Coil Spring or something else?
I have noticed this today that the passenger side rear part of the car is has dropped down on one side like it has a bad shock but the shocks were replaced about 5k miles ago so I remover both shocks from the vehicle and put the driver side shock on the passenger side and the passenger side shock on the other side and it was still leaning little bit on that one side so I did the bounce test and I get little to no bounce but it I have people or a descent amount of weight in the trunk the car looks like a low rider and I am starting to wonder if the coil springs are bad but wanted opinions on this because I have don't know much about coil springs. Also when I replace the shocks on the car it looked like the shocks were original with 80k on them and I was able to compress them with on finger and they stayed in the compressed form after I did that. Also I checked all the way around the coil springs and didn't find anything that may feel like a crack or break in the coil itself. So does this mean I have a collapsed or broken coil spring or what. Thanks.

If its leaning to one side, I would have the coil springs inspected on that side. Shocks won't have anything to do with a car leaning to one side if it is just sitting still.

Yes to an extent, but I think it would be much easier on a rack with the entire suspension free hanging. Probably the cheapest way to do this is to have a normal oil change done at a shop and just kindly ask them to inspect the suspension. DONT give them too many details. Just say something looks funny. They may or may not find something which is based on how much info you give them in the beginning. Then have them SHOW you what they think is wrong.

Well I just changed the oil in the car a few days ago and I am now starting on my next project and that is replacing the sway bar bushings and I have ran into a small problem with that. I am going to be posting that problem to get every ones opinion on ho to prevent from killing myself.

I am getting a advanced engine diagnostics done this Friday to see what the noise is coming from my engine and I will ask them then to see if they will give it a look.
