Default Problems with my 1992 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight 1992

Hello guys. I would like to recieve some feedback with a problem i have had for a long time. Hopefully you can help me.

I have a Oldsmobile 88 Royale 1992 or 1993 it has the 3.8L 231 Cui V6 (Series 1). This car has 2 problems:
1) The car when its cold at the red traffic lights or when im stopped( i keep it in drive and i press the brake) moves like if it want to go (to move) , its a slight movement but its not comfortable at all. When the engine its warm this doesnt happen anymore.

2) The car when its cold (first start of the day) lose power if you accelerate it "fast". So you have to press the gas pedal progresive in order to not lose power. When it lose power i have to shut down the engine and restart, that recover the power of the engine again but if i acelerate fast again it will happen again.
When the engine is warm the engine wont lose any power.

What i have done to the car until now?:
1) I did replaced all the plug wires im not sure if they were good quality but the problem continued.
2)***** Im not entirely sure if i changed all the plugs. Anyone have any hint to deal with this problem? I have had this problem with this car for so long.. in fact thats why i don't use it currently.

I would higly appreciate if anyone has any recommendation in order to fix this car.
Cheers from Chile !.

As aditional information. I dont have the tools to read any codes whatsoever and neither the money to pay for it in a shop to do a scan.
I have been reading previous post in the forum and it could be related to the fuel pump.
I would highly apreciate your advises.

How many miles are on it?

Is the air filter clean?

Please get us the actual model year and date of manufacture from the VIN sticker, or just get us the VIN.

You said "Im not entirely sure if i changed all the plugs". If it is due for plugs, change ALL of the plugs with something like factory plugs.

This could also be a coil pack going bad. That'* more expensive to diagnose so do the above ^^^^^^^ first.

Your description doesn't sound like it would render it to the garage. I was thinking clean the throttle body. Check for intake leaks.

Sorry for sending the information very late since i started the post. But i suffer a robbery and they stole me a backpack and it had the only key to start the engine of the car so i had to make a copy of the ignition key cylinder by hand and it took me some time.

Okay so from the thumbnail we can see that it has 139,405 miles on it and from the VIN we know it is a 1992 Oldsmobile 88 Royale 4dr Sedan LS.

Still remaining:

Is the air filter clean?

Hi Sir , thanks for following this post. I will check the air filter and put new plugs. But keep in mind that this problems only persist when the engine is not warm. When it reach a the middle (200 Farenheit) the problems are gone and i can rev it as fast i want.

Yes I understand. When the engine hasn't warmed up it is running on predetermined assumptions. If filter(*), plugs, levels, etc. are really far out of whack, it will run badly.
