Serpentine belt replacement on 02 Alero

I have a feeling I'm not going to like the answers I get but does anyone know an easy way to replace the serpentine belt on an 02 Alero with 3.4 engine?

jwfirebird has a reputation beyond repute

you have to remove the upper engine mount if thats what you are asking
