Default 94 Cutlass Supreme with Parasitic battery drain

I have a 1994 Olds Cutlass Supreme * with the wonderful door mounted seat beat extractors. I have a battery drain on the 10A circuit which includes the seat belt F Timer part number 10098650. when plugged in the circuit has a constant 1.75 - 2 amp draw, when unplugged it drops to .25 amps. I don't know how to test the relay or if there is some way to verify it or any of the feeders to the relay. just curious if someone might have some idea.

Switch the relay with one off another circuit and see if the problem moves to the other circuit.

I don't see where this 5 prong relay module is used anywhere else.

Did you check the other fuse panels, including the under hood one? How much does a new one cost?

Here is a write up on testing relays:

Correct... I don't see this part number 10098650 used anywhere but on the seat belt circuit and unfortunately it has no indication on it as to the pin uses.

That is a timer, and explains why there is only one on your car. I will research this little further to see what I can come up with.
