Found some codes on 1991 Olds 88 Royale.

Good morning.
I may have some good news! I forgot to mention in my last post that I decided to try a different ECM I found at the junk yard over the weekend, and believe it or not I now have no more codes!! I have been checking for them after getting home each day and code 12 is all that shows up which is normal of course. I also spent a good several hours cleaning all of the ground busses under the driver and passenger side doors, as well as the engine grounds underneath the coil pack. Those ones were fairly dirty. I was able to get the Delco type II icm and coils yesterday for $20 bucks, I cleaned the whole setup and now it looks good as new. I will attempt to install that when it finally warms up outside, whenever that happens. But I will certainly continue to check for codes and keep you all updated. I do have one question about the icm and coils. How much dielectric grease is required for the icm?

Maybe that one was faulty as well, or your ground busses were somehow causing the issues.
I had to clean underneath my coil pack when I removed mine a while back.
As long as you are getting no codes you may want to hold off on installing anything, of course it shouldn't hurt if you do.
You only need a little dielectric grease on each prong, just a thin coating on it is enough.
