Default exhaust leak

i have an exhaust leak where the manifold meets the head on the back bank cyl.6. it makes a noise but is there any consiquences to not fixing it ?

Your going to run rich because air will get in and effect the O2 sensor.

Not to hard to do, as long as the studs don't brake. Lots of PB blaster. Start spraying the studs a week or more before hand.

I might be having the same problem only worse it seems. My engine compartment got all smoky today, and my car is running like CRAP! It happened all of a sudden like going down the highway.
That whole 02 sensor thing might be right up my alley. Its a good thing I have more of the gaskets for the exhaust.
Would this cause a car to seem to be running a cyl short? My car stinks like gas.
Sorry if i took this thread in an unintended direction.
